Toni Marie's is a part of the Johnny green seed family of co-op's. Toni Marie's manages the referral system for Johnny green marts home improvements .

 

The co-op operates within a Johnny green mart store and matches the consumer with proven local home improvement companies. Toni Marie’s  only works with local 100%  employee owned or individual green home improvement companies who meet our very strict green criteria for services . These companies must have a proven history with local references, adequate insurance covering the entirety of services provided and provide all legal updated requirements for the work.

We do not operate like the national referral companies who do not require the high standards common to the green field.

  

Our main objective is to support the local contractor and offer the consumer  the benefits of a large corporation. Our employee owned system  is designed to provide the local consumer with reliable, trust worthy and lower cost home improvement services.

The Johnnygreenseed project officially launched on May 1, 2010.

The project was started exactly ten years ago on May 1, 2000 and is now prepared to complete its mission of bringing all 9 concepts to life and becoming financially self sustaining. Once this mission has been completed Johnnygreenseed will close it’s doors and allow each of these employee owned companies to operate 100% on their own.
